Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kloudy velvet pouch and box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
